STEP 1:
SELF - MASTERY

Your success, whether at work or life, starts with YOU.  

This goes beyond goal setting and surface-level motivation. You need to start at ROOT. 

My method starts with creating self-awareness through my Signature Performance Audit, which uncovers your strengths, weaknesses, and helps us identify effective strategies to close the gap between where you are and your desired results. 

Thai is followed by gaining clarity of your vision, which involves creating an inspiring best life picture and working backward to establish shorter-term goals and seasonal priorities. Creating a vision is just one part of the process - to pursue that vision and achieve desired results, you need a strong mindset. 

This can be achieved through mindset tools such as value alignment, parts integration, and limiting belief elimination. 

The goal is to ensure you not only have a vision of how your life should be, but also a vision of how it must be unconditionally. 

This is also closely connected with your motivation. Understanding how the two core human behavior motivations - pain and pleasure - intertwine with respect to your vision is essential for sustainable performance. 

With my clients, I take it a notch up and build unshakable commitment and ownership. 

The final element of self-mastery is creating a clear roadmap that clients can have full confidence in. My 1-3-5 action planning method achieves this and ensures the sustainable maintenance of the vision through action.

STEP 2:
TIME - MASTERY

For lawyers, time is their most valuable asset. 

To master time management, the first step is a tailored time audit. 

This process brings awareness to how time is spent in relation to commitments and vision, not just tracking it. 

The next step involves creating a tailored & smart schedule of routines that offers ample time to take action on identified goals. 

This includes autonomous pockets of personal time throughout the day and week. 

The new schedule is then infused with my 5 keystone work & life habit templates for high performing lawyers. 

To maximize efficiency and eliminate stress, I developed a special Productivity Toolkit designed for the nuances of legal jobs.

STEP 3:
CONSISTENCY  - MASTERY

Consistency and discipline are the most essential elements of Work-Life Success. 

They ensure the new schedule and system are resilient to the stressful and high-paced nature of legal jobs. 

A resilient mindset is achieved through mindset exercises focused on effective boundary setting, contingency planning, and performance pattern recognition and replication. 

Additionally, discipline and consistency accelerating exercises and challenges are included in the process to cement the new system and make it sustainable, guaranteeing lasting long-term changes in work-life balance.
