5 years ago, I was a successful lawyer working in a growing $1 bn company, yet my personal life was all over the place.
I tried to fix it, but the only options seemed to be to either quit my job or push myself even more. I was hopeless.
As quitting my career was not an option, I had to choose to work more. Ultimately, all I did was work. But even that wasn't enough.
At my office at 1 a.m. on a cold October night, 8 months pregnant, I broke down. That was my rock bottom, and I knew that things had to change, not just for me, my career, but most importantly for my unborn daughter.
After months of trial & error, things started to change. I created weekly and daily routines that included small pockets of personal time throughout my busy day.
Simple things like a 15-minute morning routine or an evening meditation made a big difference. For the first time in years, I had time for myself, my family, and work, all while being a new mom.
I also noticed significant changes at work. Even though my boss didn’t change, breaking down into tears was gone. I was able to keep my calm, and perform my best.
As a result, I not only achieved a work-life balance, but I also received a promotion to another leadership role.
As a legal leader, I could fully use my system and test it also with my team. Seeing the results, I decided it can't stop here.
I knew that there were other successful female lawyers like me, desperate for a solution. I had to help them.
Drawing on 10+ years of my legal experiences, leadership and time management expertise, I pivoted my career to become a productivity coach. After coaching dozens of clients from 4 continents, for 100+ hours on this topic alone, I analyzed what worked.
That's how LAW-LIFE SUCCESS CODE was created - based on my own experience, evidence, and clients’ results.
5 YEARS AGO...
